The cat thought for a moment and realized the value of friendship. She let the mouse go and from that day on, they were the best of friends.

2. The Talking Tree (Copacul vorbitor)
In a magical forest, there was a tree that could talk. Every day, the animals in the forest would come to the tree and tell it their problems. The tree would listen and offer them advice. One day, a woodcutter came and wanted to cut down the tree. The animals were worried and went to the tree for help. The tree used its power of speech to tell the woodcutter to stop and to look for other ways to make a living. The woodcutter listened and thanked the tree for its wise words.

3. The Frog Prince (Printul broasca)
In a faraway kingdom, there lived a princess who loved to play in the royal garden. One day, while playing, she met a talking frog. The frog told her that he was actually a prince who had been cursed by an evil witch. The only way for him to break the curse was for someone to kiss him. The princess kissed the frog and he turned into a handsome prince. They fell in love and got married, and the evil witch's spell was broken forever.

4. The Ant and The Grasshopper (Furnica si greierul)
In a field, there lived an ant and a grasshopper. The ant spent all summer gathering food and working hard, while the grasshopper spent his time playing and singing. When winter came, the ant had enough food to survive, but the grasshopper had none. The ant took pity on the grasshopper and shared his food with him. The grasshopper learned his lesson and promised to work hard next summer.

5. The Ugly Duckling (Rata cea urata)
In a pond, there was a family of ducks who were excited to welcome their new eggs. When the eggs hatched, all the ducklings were beautiful except for one. The ugly duckling was teased and excluded by his siblings. He decided to leave the pond and go on a journey to find his true self. After many challenges, the ugly duckling turned into a beautiful swan and found a new family that loved and accepted him for who he was.
