Which is correct: "succeed" or "succeed"?

 The correct form is: "you succeeded" (if you are addressing someone).

You succeeded. and succeed does not exist in standard Romanian.

So, if you want to speak correctly, simply say:
"Well done, you did it!"not "succeeded"
